On this page you'll find information to help new and returning families prepare for the 2024-25 school year. 
Please note that this page will be updated with additional information throughout the summer, so be sure to check back periodically.
Parents’ Association Back-to-School Event

Parking Sticker Information
Everyone must request new parking stickers for the 2024-25 school year. To request your new stickers, please follow these instructions:
  1. Log into MySSES and click on the Security tile
  2. Fill out the Parking Permit Google Form
  3. The sticker will be ready in three business days and can be picked up at the Welcome Center*
*For those who submit the parking sticker form at least three days prior to the PA Back to School Event on Monday, August 19, Security Director Donna Cowling will issue stickers at the event.

    Orientation, Advisory Meetings, and “Treat & Meet”
    3-3:45 p.m - Parent and Student Orientation Meeting in Helm Fine Arts Center.

    4-4:45 p.m. - Advisory Meetings for parents and students in Gunn Hall.

    4:45-5:30 p.m. - Ice Cream & Conversation—Take a few minutes to make new friends, say hello to those you already know, and set up lockers. Families are free to leave any time before 6:00.

    Orientation and Back to School Day
    9-9:15 a.m. - Chapel for new Middle School students and parents

    9:30-11:00 a.m. - Orientation for new Middle School students (Gunn Hall) and parents (Helm Fine Arts Theatre).

    11-11:40 a.m. - Middle School lunch

    11 a.m.-1 p.m. - Parents attend Back-to-School event sponsored by Parents’ Association in Clayton Gym.

    11:50 a.m.-12:50 p.m. - Middle School Class Meetings for students in Gunn Hall.

    12:50 p.m. - Dismissal. No athletic practices today.

    Orientation for New Boarding Students and Parents
    9-11 a.m. - New boarding student check-in at the Booth Student Center and dorm move-in.

    11-11:30 a.m. - New boarding students & parents meet dorm parents in the dorm common rooms.

    11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. - Residential students & their parents have lunch in the Dining Hall.

    12:45-1:45 p.m. - 8th grade boarding Orientation with Middle School residential faculty and administrators (Gunn Hall Room A).

    2-2:30 p.m. - Advisory Meetings for parents and students in Gunn Hall classrooms.

    2:30-3:15 p.m. - Ice Cream & Conversation for parents and students. Students may set up their lockers.

    4-6 p.m. - Free time for boarding students and parents to run errands, trips to local stores, set-up room. Parents depart campus by 6:00.

    5:15 p.m. - Boarding Parent Social at Jack Allen’s Kitchen (3600 N. Capital of TX Hwy). Guests pay for their own food and beverages.  

    6 p.m. - Boarding student dinner (Dining Hall).

    6:45 p.m. - Residential Life welcome (Chapel).

    8 p.m. - Dorm meetings.

Summer Reading | Supplies | Laptops | Textbooks

The St. Stephen's Online Bookstore is open but textbooks will be available to order beginning August 5. Textbooks are not available for purchase in the physical St. Stephen's Campus Store. When placing orders, parents/guardians will be required to enter an authentication code to enter the eCommerce portion of the virtual bookstore. The authentication code is Spartans2024.
