IMPORTANT NOTES:

Assessments should be scheduled for 60 minutes.  Extended-time students can remain for the full 90 minutes. (Students who do not have extended time according to their IAP should not be allowed to work beyond 60 minutes on the assessment.)  

If a student has more than two assessments assigned in a given day, one can be rescheduled for a Test Make-Up period. Assessments cannot be rescheduled for travel purposes.  As has been published for some time, our calendar clearly states that Thanksgiving vacation begins after a student’s last class on Friday.

Regular classes will be held Monday, Nov. 18 and Tuesday, Nov.19, but no tests should be given on those days to give students time to prepare for exams at the end of the week. Projects/essays may be due on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
