Spartans Making Award-Winning Music

Congratulations to six Spartans, Megal Alla ’24, (flute) 4-Year All-State Member, Meghan Chia ’24, (violin), Kevin Li ’25 (cello), Thomas Guan ’25, (double bass), John Wells ’26, (trumpet) and Sam Shea ’27, (violin) who performed beautifully at the competition held at McFarlin Auditorium in Dallas.

 

I am so very proud of our St. Stephen's all state musicians,” says John Moon, director of Orchestras and Chamber Music. “They prepared for months to audition and make these select All-State ensembles. Seeing them rehearse many hours and perform so beautifully with these ensembles shows how much they have developed musically. They represented St. Stephen's at the state level in a magnificent way.”
